Hey guys,

This is my 3 rd year into fitness, i cannot say that i am a bodybuilder really.. I just do it to keep fit.

I am 19 years old & I currently weigh 98 kg (103 kg when i wasnt on a diet) 180 cm tall

Bulk is not an issue for me as i am very happy with the results of the past years, i managed to gain up to 8 kg this year only!

The thing is when coming to cutting, I never achieved what i wanted,

This is the diet i am currently doing every day except for sunday

250g protein (mostly from chicken)
100g carbs
35g fats

Any ideas how to get a more mature muscle? maybe cut and get the veins out more?

Thanks in advance

Hi man, first of all let me welcome you to our community.

Protein : 1.5 x (2.2 X 98) = 320
Carbs : at least 200gr
Fats : keep them 15% of your daily cals (from flaxseed oil, Fish oils and olive oils only)

You start doing cardio and start tapering your calories as you go along until you get to your BW X 12-11 .

As regards to legal supplements you can help yourself with Ephedrine , Caffeine and Aspirin don't bother with anything else.

If you have any problems please post again..
